This is why some people like to book refresh appointments ahead of time. However, many people don’t need their makeup refreshed for several years. You must schedule a consultation with Veronica ahead of time to see if you qualify for a touchup or if its more of a full redo!

Additional follow-up appointments scheduled within 30-90 days after the last appointment date are only $100 per hour.
All procedures that have dramatically faded out due to too much time between visits or too much exposure to ultraviolet rays, may be subject to full price charges.
WE LOVE GETTING PICS IN PERSON! We are happy to offer you a free 15 min annual pigment checkup if you want to stop by for us to see how your holding up in person. This can easily be scheduled ahead of time so you don't forget.
If you do not check in the refresh price is based on time away due to people fading at different rates. It is best for full redo clients to schedule a 6-8 week follow-up session also. The follow-up session is incase you have light spots from the healing process and need more color.
If you do not have light spots after you heal we need you to stop by for a 1 month pigment check for us to see the healed results, or you can send us pictures. If we both agree nothing is needed we can cancel the follow-up session!
Coverups and color correcting procedures sometimes require several 6-8 week follow-ups. Each session is $100 per hour.
For clients that want to make an appointment but don’t wish to pay to have a separate pre-drawing consultation in person, you can do a free digital phone consultation. Otherwise consultations cost $50 per 30 min when done in person ahead of the procedure date.
All clients must make a 20% down payment to secure an appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Down payments should be paid the same day the appointment is booked. This is necessary to secure the appointment. We DO NOT take checks for procedures because someone wrote us a bad check once. But you can do your downpayment by check ahead of time if you do not want to put it on a card. Otherwise we can help you do the downpayment with a card over the phone. Or we can invoice you and you can do the payment on your end from your own phone/computer with 24 hours.
If we invoice you it expires in 24 hours and the spot becomes open again if the payment is not done. Let us know what you prefer to do for the payment.
The down payment fee is non-refundable but it is transferable to someone else if you change your mind! It's good to have someone to take your spot if you cancel for any personal reasons.
Please respect your scheduled appointment time. It messes up the schedule if you repetitively change your appointment date. You are allowed to change it ONCE only. Please plan other obligations around your scheduled date. Changing the appointment date more than once forfeits your down payment.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, we would like to kindly remind you of our cancellation policy, which requires a notice of at least 72 hours for cancellations.
This policy is in place to ensure that our dedicated team of professionals is compensated for their time and commitment to providing you with the best service possible. As a business, we value the hard work and dedication of our team members and believe in fair compensation for their expertise.

If you would like to reschedule your appointment more than once, the procedure cost must be paid in full ahead of time and it is non-refundable. We do not give you a refund if you are over 20 minutes late or a no-show.
Remember it is smart to have a friend who can take your spot if you decide to cancel last minute. That way the deposit money can be used towards a procedure as planned. Otherwise make sure you give us 72 hours notice if you need to make a change if you don't want to forfeit the deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The touch up prices are not to be confused with follow-ups 6-8 weeks after your last procedure date. Follow-up sessions are only $100 for each procedure. The down payment for a follow-up appointment is made no later than 2 weeks ahead of time. Typically it is done at the 1 month pigment check not when you originally booked the initial session. This is because sometimes a second session is not even needed. Thats why we like you to check in 1 month after the initial session. This helps us know how much time we should have booked if you need another session. Or we can cancel it if nothing is needed.
If you decide you want a different color at the 6-8 week follow-up and that ends up requiring more time than normally you will be charged 100 per hour.
Regular touchup prices are for down the road when you are maintaining/refreshing your color. We do not plan on doing follow-up sessions for touchups unless needed.
